TERM OF SERVICE
About the Artist:
The copyright of the artwork completely belongs to me (including the final version, sketches, and timelapse), which includes: posting the artwork, videos of the artwork, and sketches on social media; including them in my personal portfolio; using them for personal displays, as commission samples, and similar purposes.
I have the right to create paid content using the artwork, such as uploading timelapse videos on YouTube, making tutorial clips using the artwork, and similar content. I WILL NOT print or use commissioned artworks for commercial purposes or for resale/trading without the client’s permission.
All posted artworks (final versions) or timelapses on social media or in my portfolio will include a watermark.
I have the right to decline commissions due to personal reasons or if the request exceeds my capabilities.
About the Client:
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Service, and that you accept my art style. I will not accept requests that ask me to mimic the style of a specific movie or another artist. Please read carefully the I DRAW / I DON'T DRAW section in the ToS and review my artworks in my accounts or in Gallery.
Clients may only use the artwork for non-commercial purposes, such as: Illustrations for OCs & favorite couples, gifts, posting on social media (with credit: tag @hnaueidnt_, mention me, or link to my page), personal display prints, etc.
Clients are not allowed to edit, trace, or resell the finished artwork for personal profit.
Work Process:
Please prepare a clear brief of your idea, character sheet (if any), sample background and pose references (if available),... If you have detailed character information, backstory, or lore, even better! I love learning more about your characters, as it helps me portray them more effectively in the artwork (especially for illustration commissions).
Estimated timeline depends on the type of commission and our mutual agreement, but will take at least 1 - 2 weeks. I will update you on the progress regularly or whenever there are changes. I do not accept rush/deadline-tight commissions.
My workflow includes: Sketch → Lineart → Base Colors → Finalizing
Revisions:
Unlimited revisions during the sketch phase – I will make changes until you’re satisfied. After that, you will get a total of 3 free revisions from the lineart phase onward.
Additional revisions will incur a fee depending on complexity (no less than 0.50 USD per revision), so please try to gather and list all the needed changes at once for smoother communication.
I only accept changes such as: adding small objects, changing hand positions, facial expressions, hair color,... I have the right to decline any revisions that exceed my ability or would drastically alter the overall composition (pose, clothing, perspective,...), so please finalize and confirm everything from the start.
During the process, I may give suggestions (such as overall color scheme, lighting,...) that I think suit the artwork best. These suggestions are completely free, and of course the final decision is yours.
Please send your feedback within 3 days. After 3 days, I will send a reminder. If I receive no response after 5 days, I will consider the commission canceled and move on to another project.
Payment and Refund:
After we agree on the price, you can choose one of two options: pay 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% after the lineart stage is completed. Or pay 100% upfront.
I accept payment via Paypal only.
If you cancel the order before I start or while still in the sketch stage, I will provide a full refund.
If you cancel the order after the main lineart stage has been completed, I will not provide a refund.
In cases of force majeure (illness, accidents,...) where I am unable to continue the project, I will notify you and provide a full refund.
Commission Queue and Progress: I prioritize orders that are fully paid (100%). Other commissions will be handled in the order messages are received. I will clearly communicate with you about this.
While working on your commission, I will update you every 2–3 days. If 3 days pass without updates from me, please send me a reminder. If 5 days pass still with no communication from me, you have the right to cancel the commission and receive a full refund, regardless of the current stage or deadline.
The final artwork will be delivered to your email or Google Drive in .png format (350dpi). Timelapses or unfinished versions during the process are not included.
How to place a commission:
Prepare your brief and send me a message to reserve a slot via email, X or Facebook. By messaging me, you confirm that you have read and agreed to my ToS.
Please include your brief and all necessary details you want in the artwork. I will review your request and reserve the right to decline if it exceeds my capabilities or includes content I’m not comfortable drawing.
Once I confirm your commission -> I finalize the price -> You complete the first payment -> I begin working.
I DRAW:
OCs, fanart, anime-style characters
Boylove, Girllove, couples.
Adult men and women.
Children from 6 years old and up.
Simple backgrounds (interior rooms, statues, trees, buildings, etc).
Moderate musculature.
Mild blood/gore.
Simple historical/fantasy outfits, some Genshin Impact character designs, etc.
Specialties: Couples, soft tones, gentle and warm kinda vibes,...
I DON'T DRAW:
Furry, beast.
Real people.
Elderly characters, infants.
Heavily muscular characters.
NSFW, violence, 18+ content.
Mecha, Gundam, complicated armors or weapons.
Complex backgrounds (cityscapes, castles, abandoned architectural zones, fantasy worlds, etc).
Heavy gore or horror.
Overly complex perspectives.
Not recommended: Cyberpunk, neon lights, high-saturation colors, dramatic lighting, crazy expressions,...
PRICE LIST:
The prices below are estimates only and may not be the final price. Final pricing will be given after discussing complexity and your requirements.
Private Commission (not posted online): +30% of the final price.
Commercial Commission: ~ x3 of the final price. Please discuss your intended use with me beforehand to determine the appropriate pricing and terms.
TYPE 1:
Artwork size depends on your request and composition, 350 dpi.
Additional character: +80% of base price, may be lower depending on composition.
Maximum of 3 characters per artwork.
No background or simple/solid color background.
Estimated deadline: ~ 1 week.
